During the session, we'll learn about your business, your customers, and your goals, while exploring the initial design and technical possibilities. After the session, the deeper work begins — analysing your market, target customers, competitors, and opportunities for growth to inform the strategy behind your website. From there, we'll create a private live preview of your website within 30 days, which you'll be able to view and interact with once you've signed our simple preview agreement.

From getting started to launch, most websites are ready within 30 days. You'll privately preview your site first, approve it, choose your plan, then we go live.

Minimum: Your logo in SVG format, high-quality images in PNG format (which will later be served in more suitable formats), your draft website copy, and any other business information you think would be helpful.

If you don't already have an email, you'll need to set one up yourself, or purchase a business email for your domain — we don't provide or manage email accounts. We are confident the private live website preview will exceed your expectations. If you are not 100% satisfied, you have a 72-hour window after preview to request any minor revisions. After this window, the project must conclude: you can proceed to payment and launch, or you walk away with no charge. Simple, hassle-free.

Your Legal Responsibilities (Website Owner/Data Controller's Role): The Data Controller is legally responsible for creating and maintaining all required legal documents, including the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. You must understand exactly what customer data is being collected and ensure you are legally processing and managing that data according to GDPR rules.

In short, we provide the correct tools and secure foundation, but you maintain control and the ultimate legal responsibility for the data your website collects and how you manage it.
