We are currently looking for a talented UI/Web Designer to join us on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong visual craft with solid UX thinking and has a passion for creating intuitive, high-quality digital experiences informed by real-world and evolving business data.

• Design clean, modern, and user-friendly web interfaces
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Collaborate with product to ensure accurate implementation
• Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems
• Translate product requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Ensure designs are responsive and accessible to a minimum 2.1 Level AA
• Iterate designs based on feedback and data

• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Strong commercial experience in UI and web design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, with a strong understanding of layout systems including grids, flexbox, and Auto Layout.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design principles
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries, including Atomic Design and how it translates into JSX.
• Strong grasp of UX patterns, best-practices and usability principles
• Experience working closely with developers, product, or engineering and understanding technical constraints
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Portfolio demonstrating UI work and design thinking
