Rokitsite offers website design and development services and falls under bespoke services. In a business context, it implies a high level of personalisation, allowing customers to define the exact features, materials, or details they desire for a product or service.

Users agree to provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws when using our services. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are liable for all activities under their account.
[ 5. Payment terms ]
For your security, no payments are processed on this site. All transactions are handled via secure, private customer invoicing.
You will only be required to make payment once you confirm that you are satisfied with the final deliverables. Until that point, all design and development work is provided at no cost to you. By approving the final product, you agree that payment is due in accordance with the agreed billing schedule communicated prior to the start of the go live date. Once payment is complete your live services will begin.
[ 6. Missed or default payments ]
Monthly payments are due on your agreed billing date. If payment is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to suspend services until the account is brought current. A full service agreement will be provided for your review before you begin your plan.
[ 7. Refund policy ]
Payment is only made once you approve the work. No payment is collected upfront, and therefore no refunds are necessary or applicable. In other words, you only pay for work that you are happy with, and until then, the service is provided at no cost.
[ 8. Intellectual property ]
All intellectual property rights in our services and content are owned by Rokitsite, rokitsite.com, https://www.rokitsite.com. Users are granted a limited licence to use our services for personal or business use but may not download, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission. Doing so may result in legal action.
[ 9. Accuracy of content ]
Rokitsite has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, particularly to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products and design examples that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these terms and conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
